1.2 The “first year” refers to a transaction agreement as the period from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. 4.1.1 When the district creates or appoints new positions under this Article 4 that are not under clause 4.2.6, compensation is made in agreement with the bargaining committee of the association #55 and after the calculation; and the lower bargaining subcommittee is authorized to represent and engage the association.
