Before start you must read and accept the rules (english, français) of this Video short works Internacion call Audiovisual Festival ZEMOS98 - 11 edition.
This year there are many new features (number of works for contestant, max length, tematics lines, award...), please, read rules of participation carefully. In this way, write in 'Comentaries' in which tematic lines are your work.

The original recording format must be video, digital or analogical.

*Presentation format:
Your works only can be send in this supports: MINI.DV-SP and DVD. Also you can upload your video file (quality: DVD PAL MPEG-2 - 720x576 - 5mbp bitrate) to a server (if you haven't anyone we recommend archive.org or blip.tv). We recommend send us a MINI.DV-SP tape.
If you select 'Internet' you must write the URL in 'Comentaries'.
* Color encoding system:
PAL (Phase Alternating Line) is a colour encoding system used in broadcast television systems in large parts of the world (Afrika, Asia, Europe, Australia and South America). Other common analogue television systems are SECAM (France, Eastern Europe) and NTSC (USA, Japan, Eastern Asia).

ZEMOS98 will release a DVD with the Official Section best videos. This DVD will realize a world tour. All authors with selected works must sign an assignment of their non exclusive rights for public projection for participate in a Creative Commons DVD.
