Over last decade, my motivation in creation is to keep records of the beauty of ink. No matter the combination of water and ink on Chinese paper, canvas, video or photograph, they give me unlimited imagination, become floating clouds, flowing water, rolling hills, allowing one to reminisce about treasured memories or an emotional experience........
In the past two years, I have extended my already considerably ripe experience in abstract ink paintings into an entirely different art medium, which is image filming – video. Music is playing a very important robe in the video work, just like, the video “No boundary”, mix with the music and chord from A moving sound theatre group of Taiwan, the video feel in the spiritual world.
Living in such an internet age of fast-food culture, art washes out material life and cleanse human souls, give me feel I am still alive. |
