Sinopsis: Contents: This work is about Postcolonial Feminism. The artist Moon Na who lives and works in S. Korea tries reading books about feminism. But her intonation and accent are not those of an English native speaker. She reads one of the books with her Korean pronunciation and then the guy who is a native English speaker corrects her pronunciation. Then, one by one, she throws the books away Artist statement Moon Na Lives and works in Seoul My work originated from my interests about how to represent myself in the context of society as women, an Asian and even a human being in the world. These interests are engaged in a variety of issues. In terms of cultural differences between the West and East, womenÂ’s issues, politics and even more death and birth and the matters which exist basically in the human beingÂ’s life. These concerns are articulated in a form of the body moving images and show the works through the video. My body is the main drawing tool in the video. In my work I try to show controversial issues through showing very small differences or slight movement. From that, I am continuing to chase the politics, which hides in daily life, and the matter I face when I represent myself.
