A ghost of cinema past living in the present, this digital film was shot at San FranciscoÂ’s Mission Dolores, site of Alfred HitchcockÂ’s Vertigo. The famous graveyard scene from Vertigo was meticulously reconstructed, shot-by-shot, in the present. The new imagery was then superimposed with the original scene to create a poetic and haunting work, a meditation on the history of cinema. |
